Returns the changelog for the public database dumps, the REST API, and the MCP surface, newest release first. Each release corresponds to one published bulk dump; match dump_sha256 against the X-Pandects-Dump-Hash response header (or the dump_version.hash body field) to see exactly which changes the data you are querying includes. latest_version/latest_released always describe the newest published release, even when since/dump_sha256 filter the releases list.
